Vihreiden valtuustoryhmä kävi tapaamassa Kouvolan kaupunginjohtaja Marita Toikkaa.
Keskustelimme kulttuurin merkityksestä, datakeskuksista, palveluverkosta ja siitä että Kouvolassa on paljon hyviä asioita, kunhan ne vain huomattaisiin. Keskustelu oli suoraa ja rakentavaa, niin kuin pitääkin.
Yksi asia nousi yli muiden, avoin vuoropuhelu on kaiken perusta. Kun päättäjät ja viranhaltijat puhuvat keskenään rehellisesti, syntyy parempia päätöksiä.
